Welcome!

This is the ancestral home (since 1996) of the Wiese family: David, Veronica, Ashley, Rebecca, & Victoria, Grace, Tammy and Gabby! We'll soon be including another name in that list as Ashley marries her sweetheart Shaun!

We have a little farm in the Georgia woods with cows, goats, pigs, chickens, turkeys, dogs, cats, and any other creature that sees fit to crawl up and make itself at home. Some leave, some stay, but there's always room for one more of God's "critters". (Kind of like people. We keep picking up more and more family!)

We are all proud members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. We invite you to learn more about the Church & what we believe by clicking HERE. Take the opportunity and see what we're all about. Don't say we didn't give you the chance!

Yup, we're just a little bit different... We homeschooled 3 of our girls until they graduated and went on with their adult lives. (Our little ones are in public school due to circumstances beyong our control.) We're also a living history nutty, horse-riding, simple-living (as much as possible!), home-storaging, do-it-yourself kind of folks.

We believe very strongly in the Constitution and the form of government for which our Founding Fathers once gave their lives, families and fortunes. We believe that this country was originally founded on Christian principles of freedom and choice, and that's the way it should be today. We also believe that today's society needs a good dose of morals, values, honor, humility, and manners. Some of us are pretty vocal about it too, so don't be surprised if you start hearing all about it. We'll do our best to be respectful to you and your beliefs, as long as you return the favor. If not, well then, all bets are off!

We hope you enjoy your stay at the virtual Crooked Tree Farm, and hope that you'll find something of value here. Whether you do or not, though, we wish you God's blessings no matter where you go in life. Have a good one!
